The Real Estate & Lease Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing lease documentation, transaction materials, and due diligence processes while ensuring favorable deal structures and compliance with key lease provisions.<br>

This position plays a critical role in protecting the organizationâs legal and financial interests by reviewing, negotiating, tracking, and administering commercial real estate agreements. Lease & Transaction Management<br>
Read, analyze, and provide feedback on commercial leases and subsequent lease revisions<br>
Coordinate negotiation of lease provisions with landlords, landlord counsel, and related parties<br>
Review and negotiate Estoppel Certificates and Subordination & Non-Disturbance Agreements (SNDAs)<br>
Abstract and interpret lease documents into the companyâs lease management system<br>
Monitor and track key lease provisions including commencement dates, renewal options, co-tenancy clauses, expiration dates, and notification deadlines<br>
Coordinate collection, execution, and filing of real estate transaction documents<br>

This individual will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, negotiating, and advancing new site opportunities while supporting long-term portfolio strategy and market expansion.<br /> Real Estate Representative works directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop multi-year real estate plans, drive deal flow, and strengthen broker and community relationships.<br /> You role is to be a proactive dealmaker who thrives in a data-driven, relationship-focused environment, this role offers strong exposure and meaningful impact.<br /> Responsibilities<br /> Site Identification & Deal Management<br /> Proactively source and evaluate new retail site opportunities<br /> Draft and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs)<br /> Analyze market rents, zoning, traffic counts, population data, and site functionality<br /> Track and manage deal pipeline across multiple markets<br /> Market & Portfolio Strategy<br /> Conduct demographic and competitive market analysis<br /> Develop market surveys, tour books, and strategic site presentations<br /> Build long-term real estate growth strategies<br /> Present strategic recommendations and deal updates to senior leadership<br /> Broker & Stakeholder Engagement<br /> Serve as primary contact for listing brokers and property owners<br /> Organize and conduct site tours<br /> Participate in client meetings and strategic planning sessions<br /> Interface with economic development professionals and community partners<br /> Industry Representation<br /> Represent the company at ICSC events and trade shows<br /> Support networking and business development efforts<br /> <br /> <strong>Real Estate Representative Background Profile:</strong><br /> 5+ years of experience in commercial shopping center real estate, not interested in office, industrial, or other areas of real estate<br /> Active ICSC membership required<br /> Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License (required), if you do not have and offered the position you must obtain the license within the first 60 days of employment<br /> Strong LOI drafting and negotiation experience<br /> Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, and CoStar<br /> Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills<br /> Self-driven with the ability to work independently<br /> Valid driverâs license and passport with possible travel to Canada and Mexico<br /> <br /> <strong>Features and Benefits:</strong><br /> Base plus bonus<br /> PTO, Sick Days, and Paid Holidays<br /> Multiple Healthcare Plans<br /> 401k and more!</p>]]></description>
