<strong>Compliance & Lab Manager Role</strong><br>
The Compliance & Lab Manager will oversee product testing and daily laboratory operations while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, certification, safety, sanitation, and energy-efficiency requirements.<br>
The Compliance & Lab Manager will work closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and external certification organizations to establish testing criteria, define pass/fail requirements, investigate product-performance issues, and maintain product compliance.<br>
Manage daily operations and testing activities within the engineering laboratory.<br>
Oversee product-performance, safety, sanitation, and compliance testing.<br>
Establish testing criteria and pass/fail limits in partnership with Design Engineering.<br>
Ensure laboratory testing follows documented procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.<br>
Support product certifications and ongoing compliance with UL, NSF, ETL, AHRI, ASHRAE, Department of Energy, and OSHA requirements.<br>
Serve as a point of contact for external testing agencies, auditors, and certification organizations.<br>
Coordinate testing schedules to support new product development, sustaining engineering, certification, and product-improvement initiatives.<br>
Review test data and determine whether products meet performance and compliance requirements.<br>
Investigate product or testing failures using structured root cause analysis.<br>
Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop practical corrective actions.<br>
Identify opportunities to improve product reliability, safety, sanitation, performance, and testing efficiency.<br>
Oversee laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, validation, and documentation.<br>
Maintain accurate testing records, technical documentation, certification files, and compliance records.<br>
Monitor applicable regulatory changes and communicate potential product or process impacts.<br>
Support audit readiness and assist with internal and external inspections.<br>
Provide leadership, training, and technical direction to laboratory personnel.<br>
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Product Development, and Manufacturing to embed compliance requirements into product design and production.<br>
Communicate testing results, risks, recommendations, and corrective actions to leadership.<br>

<strong>Compliance & Lab Manager Background Profile:</strong><br>
Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.<br>
At least five years of experience working in a laboratory, product-testing, compliance, or engineering environment.<br>
Previous experience managing or leading laboratory testing activities.<br>
Experience working within a manufacturing environment.<br>
HVAC, refrigeration, commercial appliance, foodservice equipment, or related product experience.<br>
Familiarity with product safety and sanitation testing.<br>
Working knowledge of one or more of the following:<br>

ETL<br>

The Senior Accountant will lead complex accounting functions, oversee intercompany transactions, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities.<br>
Develop a deep understanding of business operations, financial systems, and the structure of the general ledger<br>
Accurately record intercompany transactions across multiple entities and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner<br>
Partner with internal teams to investigate and address intercompany issues, ensuring accurate reflection in financial statements<br>
Record and manage fixed assets, maintaining accuracy within the fixed asset module<br>
Prepare and analyze intercompany reconciliation reports for management review<br>
