As the CRM Administrator, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft platforms. <strong>Senior Program Manager Role:</strong><br>
&bull;A large scale public sector organization is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee complex K-12 capital improvement and construction initiatives.<br>
&bull;This individual will lead multiple high visibility projects involving campus renovations, new construction, modernization efforts, and infrastructure improvements within active educational environments.<br>
&bull;The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing large scale institutional construction programs, with a strong background in K-12 project delivery, stakeholder coordination, budget oversight, and contractor management.<br>
&bull;This role requires a strategic and hands on leader capable of driving projects from planning through completion while maintaining strict adherence to schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>
&bull; Lead multiple concurrent K-12 construction and capital improvement projects from inception through closeout<br>
&bull; Manage all phases of project delivery including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction execution, and turnover<br>
&bull; Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, risk mitigation, and quality assurance initiatives<br>
&bull; Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal stakeholders<br>
&bull; Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety regulations, permitting requirements, and procurement processes<br>
&bull; Provide regular executive level reporting regarding project status, financial performance, milestones, and risks<br>
&bull; Manage contractor performance, construction documentation, change orders, and project controls<br>
&bull; Support stakeholder communication efforts across leadership teams, operational groups, and community representatives<br>
&bull; Drive successful project execution within occupied and operational educational environments<br>

<br>
<strong>Senior Program Manager Background Profile:</strong><br>
&bull; Bachelorâs degree required, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline<br>
&bull; PMP Certification required<br>
&bull; 10 to 15 years of progressive construction project or program management experience<br>
&bull; Mandatory experience overseeing K-12 construction projects<br>
&bull; Mandatory experience managing large scale commercial, institutional, or public sector construction initiatives<br>
&bull; Strong understanding of capital improvement programs and complex construction delivery environments<br>
&bull; Proven ability to manage multiple high value projects simultaneously<br>
&bull; Excellent leadership, communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills<br>
