<strong>Bakery Merchandiser:</strong><br>
The bakery merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the visual appeal, product freshness, and strategic placement of bakery items across retail locations. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking to maximize sales, maintain brand consistency, and enhance customer shopping experience.<br>
Maintain attractive and well-stocked bakery displays that align with brand standards and seasonal themes.<br>
Monitor product quality and freshness.<br>
Partner with store management and bakery teams to plan product placements, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.<br>
Track sales performance, inventory levels, and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.<br>
Coordinate implementation of new product launches, special promotions, and seasonal campaigns.<br>
Ensure compliance with food safety and store sanitation standards.<br>
Provide feedback to corporate leadership regarding customer trends and competitor activity.<br>
Train in-store bakery staff on display maintenance and promotional execution.<br>

<strong>Bakery Merchandiser Background Profile:</strong><br>
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelorâs degree preferred.<br>
2+ years of merchandising experience in a bakery.<br>
Strong organizational and visual merchandising skills.<br>
Excellent communication and time management abilities.<br>
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.<br>
Travel between store locations required.<br>
Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, based on promotional or store needs.<br>
