Our client in the Phoenix area in Arizona is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management on a direct hire basis.

Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management Role:
Provide forward-thinking guidance for the Revenue Cycle Management division, aligning strategic approaches with the broader organizational objectives. 
Create and execute initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue generation and improving financial performance. 
Guide and support a team of accomplished revenue cycle professionals with one direct report and 23 team members.
Present regular and on-demand financial reports, analyses, and insights to executive leadership. Leverage technology to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and raise overall performance standards. 
Develop and implement effective strategies for managing accounts receivable and minimizing denial rates. 
Supervise all aspects of the revenue cycle, from patient registration through payment processing. 
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the department. 
Apply industry best practices to optimize billing, coding, claims submission, and reimbursement processes. 
Ensure the organization's strict adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, clinical services, and information technology, to achieve comprehensive revenue cycle solutions. 
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and propel process enhancements. 
Oversee relationships with external vendors providing revenue cycle services. 
Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.


Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
Master’s degree is a plus
10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management within Medical Billing settings.
Experience in dental or orthodontic space is a plus
In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
Proficiency in multiple practice management software
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
Proven track record of successfully implementing revenue cycle optimization initiatives.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and industry standards.
Excellent leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Experience with implementing and managing revenue cycle management technologies.
