Our downtown Dallas client, a growing B2B marketing firm, is looking to add to its executive management team by hiring a Vice President of Operations on a direct hire basis.   This is the ideal role for someone who thrives in a creative environment with a strong technical aptitude.

Vice President of Operations Role:
Oversee the content relayed to clients on digitally complex projects.
Work to acknowledge and resolve bottlenecks and deliver data, solutions, and top-notch production.
Manage diverse with a hand in each department of the company striving to achieve improved efficiency.
Manage general operations, vendor relations, and leading board level presentations.
Track all final products viewed by the end client.   Engage in client-facing meetings and address opportunities and challenges in a creative and effective manner.
Assist the sales team to close new clients and help to win business from existing clients.
Manage deployment of new technologies and deliver creative solutions to meet client needs.

Vice President of Operations Background Profile:
10+ years of operations experience
Previous experience in digital marketing and publishing
Undergraduate degree in a related field
MBA is required
Strong background in Business Intelligence and related technical tools (Excel, SAP, ERP, etc.)
Well versed in statistical and operational modeling
Programming and database skills related to BI.   SQL database knowledge
IT Infrastructure and API Integration understanding as it related to reporting and automation
Expertise in deployment of new products and services
