Temporary Receptionist - Oil & Gas

Our client, located in the Energy Corridor area of Houston, TX, is in need of a Temporary Receptionist for a contract that is estimated to start on October 29th and last until mid-January.
Oil and Gas company that has been in business for over 100 years
First thing in the morning, turn TV and lights on
Maintain a professional atmosphere in lobby entrance
Courteously greet visitors, guests, customers, candidates and vendors and inform appropriate employees of their arrival. Have each one sign-in for their visitor badge/lanyard. Show vendors that bring in food where to set food, send out “food emails”.
Oversee incoming and outgoing of FedEx/UPS/Courier deliveries (Contact appropriate people when Fed Ex and UPS delivers)
Pick up mail from mail box on 1st floor, open, sort and deliver mail to all mail rooms.
Assist Office Manager with facility tasks
Order supplies as needed
Arrange lunch meetings as needed
Keep vendor and employee kitchens always clean
Create address labels, folder labels, etc.
Provide general administrative and clerical support (calendaring, printing, typing, faxing, scanning, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Receptionist Background Profile:
Must have strong communication skills in person and in writing
High school diploma
3+ years of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills
Proficient at Microsoft Office
Attention to detail, accuracy; takes initiative; organization; punctuality; reliability; self-motivated; prioritizing; customer service; strong team player
Ability to multitask and support multiple individuals
Must be able to take accurate messages and have strong follow through skills

This client offers a 9/80 work scheduled. The hours are 7am to 5pm each day, and you would have every other Friday off.
