Temporary Marketing  Assistant
Our client, located in Nashville, TN, is in need of a Temporary Marketing Assistant  for at least one month.

Communications company
Works with many different industries: Music, telecom, technology, etc.

Temporary Marketing  Assistant Role:
Will directly support a project manager that is putting together two large events
Will be doing internet research to gather contact names and email addresses 
Send invitations through Outlook
Make calls into company to get email addresses
Use the internet to find company phone numbers
Data entry of information
Other administrative duties as needed

Background Profile:
2+ years of administrative/clerical experience
Must be comfortable making calls into companies and gathering information
Must have strong attention to detail
Needs to be able to work with little supervision
Must have a great personality that comes across over the phone
Strong computer skills, including a proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong internet research skills
Great customer service skills
Professional appearance and communication skills
