Technical Support Specialist Role:
The Technical Support Specialist will provide high levels of customer service being the face of IT for in office users and store level as needed
Assist internal customers and franchise business partners with troubleshooting support regarding POS and other technology systems
Respond to and administer helpdesk ticket requests
Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, hardware, and software
Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users
Implement and test new version of software for in-store applications, including POS

Technical Support Specialist Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of Help Desk Experience required
1+ year prior experience working in Customer Service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a high attention to detail
Solid computer skills
Experience with POS change requests (ex. Promos, price changes, user information, etc.) a plus, but not required.
