Our busy and growing client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Technical Project Manager on a long term contract basis.

Technical Project Manager Role:
The Technical Project Manager will manage a client connectivity migration project in its entirety, including migration of each individual client.
Responsible for developing and implementing a customer communication and engagement strategy, assisting clients with connectivity testing, troubleshooting any issues clients may experience as they migrate to the updated connectivity model, and providing frequent project updates to company leaders.
Responsible for project management and reporting of customers engaged in earlier connectivity outreach projects that have not been completed.
Develop, manage and execute detailed project plan to track progress
Develop, manage and execute client communication strategy
Handle, manage and execute multiple client sub-projects simultaneously
Measure project and sub-project performance using appropriate systems and tools
Responsible to prepare weekly status summary and detailed progress reports
Responsible to identify and escalate project risks
Be able to articulate clearly to clients the business objective the project is designed to address
Establish and maintain relationships with clients through the life of the project
Assist clients with implementation of new security protocols and troubleshooting of new security protocols
Technical Project Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor' s degree OR combination of relevant education and/or work experience
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience simultaneously managing multiple projects
Experience with network infrastructure and security tools such as internet security protocols, security certificate implementations, firewalls, etc.
Experience with TCP/IP telecommunication protocols
Understanding of various network topologies
Understanding of pharmacy claims adjudication workflow
Experience with MS Project, MS Office & Salesforce
Ability and desire to work effectively with cross-functional teams, while influencing others to achieve results
Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize projects and deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly
High level of desire and follow-through on commitments
