Our Littleton, CO client is looking to hire a dynamic Technical Product Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis. This position can work out of their Tampa, DC or Chicago office.

Technical Product Manager Role:
The Technical Product Manager will have daily interaction with Product Management Team, user subject matter experts and the development team to prioritize the backlog, taking high level feature requests, breaking the problem down into user stories and sometimes tasks.
Be methodical about the way work is sequenced, prioritized, and allocated across the development team.
Establish strategy and direction, build business cases for resource investment, outline product roadmap and development priorities, set the go-to-market approach, in support of revenue and gross margin goals.
Manage the process of bringing new releases and new solutions to market according to schedule
Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of leaders across the organization to lead the product strategy and deployment.
Work with the development team (internal and external resources) to define specific product release requirements, write user stories, and manage the product backlog.
Serve in an important leadership role in Scrum Sprint cycles including Backlog Grooming, Planning, Reviews, and more.
Provide smart, educated guesses on level of effort required for various features to help inform prioritization decisions.
Conduct market landscape analysis to assess the ecosystem of offerings, competitive solutions, how well they meet client requirements, and identify white space and business opportunities including potential partners
Partner with Cloud Ops vendors to ensure technology and processes in place for 24/7 monitoring and uptime SLAs are exceeded.
Utilize best practices and make appropriate recommendations for our infrastructure and approach
Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a strong strategic vision, and the leadership skills and day-to-day drive to make that vision a reality.
Ability to spend time in the market with clients and prospects to understand their challenges, as well as with software developers to find innovative solutions that can be commercialized to benefit the entire client community.
Technical Product Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or MIS
Must be tech savvy with technology and cloud-based software
At least 5 years of Product Management Experience
Expertise in the domain of database applications, analytics and managing SaaS systems as well as technical architecture of a SaaS solution
Ability to document feature requirements based on user feedback and automated testing
Ability to work with on/offshore developers
Must be able to work with sales teams on complex sales quotes, opportunities and deliverables
Utilize and understand best Agile product development practices
Must be accountable for project management and task completion with little to no supervision
Execute strong data analytical skills and experience developing and using tools to analyze large data sets to drive decisions. Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is a plus
Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a strong strategic vision, and the leadership skills and day-to-day drive to make that vision a reality
Must enjoy spending time in the market with clients and prospects to understand their challenges, as well as with software developers to find innovative solutions that can be commercialized to benefit the entire client community
Must be able to travel up to 25%
