Our client located in Corpus Christi, TX is growing and adding a Surgical Center Facilities Manager to the team. This is a direct hire, in office, no weekends or holiday work commitments.

Surgical Center Facilities Manager
The Surgical Center Facilities Manager will oversee clinical operations for both an established Office-Based Lab and a newly developing Ambulatory Surgery Center.
This Manager will be instrumental in the build-out, launch, and ongoing management of the ASC while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance across the practice.
•Lead day-to-day clinical operations across OBL and ASC environments
•Support the development, opening, and scaling of a new ASC
•Supervise and develop clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards (including CMS and Joint Commission readiness)
•Oversee patient care workflows across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative settings
•Manage inventory, purchasing, and controlled substances in accordance with regulatory standards
•Partner closely with the Practice Manager to align clinical and operational goals
•Drive quality improvement initiatives (QAPI) and maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment
•Step in to support clinical care as needed (minimal hands-on patient care required)
Surgical Center Facilities Manager Background Profile:
Required:
•Active Texas RN license (or ability to obtain)
•Minimum 2+ years of ambulatory surgery (ASC) experience
•At least 1+ year of leadership or management experience in a clinical setting
•Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance, and staff management
Preferred:
•Experience with ASC startup or expansion
•Background in vascular surgery, interventional radiology, or surgical specialties
•Familiarity with Joint Commission or CMS survey processes
•Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or similar EMR systems
•BSN preferred
