Staffing Account Manager Role:

Serve as an industry expert, discussing with clients the state of hiring and understanding their needs to find the best possible matches. 

Market to companies by phone and in-person, partnering with hiring managers to address their hiring needs.

Enhance Frontline Source Group’ s presence in the market by engaging actively in networking groups.

Actively strategize with the recruiting team to meet and surpass business development goals.

Offer excellent customer service to the hiring companies and to job seekers.

Develop relationships with candidates and organizations to help Frontline Source Group become their first stop in addressing hiring needs.


Staffing Account Manager Background Profile:

At least one year of hands-on recruiting and/or staffing sales experience.

A college degree is preferred.

Must have excellent skills in business development, negotiating, and problem solving.

Strong computer/technical skills are a required.
