Staff Accountant Role:
As the Staff Accountant you will prepare and review financial documents, reports, and statements, overseeing all accounting procedures and advising on general financial matters.
Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
Prepare and file tax returns
Enter accounting related information into business logs
Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
Organize and update financial records
Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
Perform monthly bank settlements and reconciliationÂ
Prepare documentation for external auditors
Audit all incoming and outgoing logistic charges to confirm accuracyÂ
Handle all employee onboarding processes and submit weekly payrollÂ

Staff Accountant Background Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
2-4 years of similar experience as a Staff Accountant or relevant role in accounting
Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills
Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures
Strong Excel and Accounting software experience is required, NetSuite experience preferredÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Excellent math and configuration skills
