Sr. Commercial Litigation Trial Paralegal Role
This Trial Paralegal role is an amazing role for a self-starter Commercial Trial Paralegal who takes their career extremely seriously. Commercial Trial Paralegal must have excellent tenure.
Must be experienced at prepping for trial and attending trial
Present trial exhibits to attorney at trial
E-filing in both state and federal courts
Drafting and revising pleadings, correspondence, and discovery
Communicating with clients, vendors, experts, and opposing counsel
Document management including reviewing, indexing, analyzing, and producing documents
Preparing trial notebooks
Prepare attorneys for depositions, mediations, hearings and trials
Provide support at trial, hearings, depositions, mediations and arbitrations
Maintain attorney dockets
Technical knowledge to provide PowerPoint presentations
Knowledge of document review programs for case prep
Organize and manage fact witness and expert files
Scheduling court reporters and videographers for depositions
Sr. Commercial Litigation Trial Paralegal Background Profile
Minimum 5+ years of Litigation Trial Paralegal experience required
Degree highly preferred, but not required
Paralegal Certificate a must
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with little oversight
Must be punctual
Must be able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
Candidate must be highly detailed
Candidate must have strong trial experience
Candidate must have previous audio/visual equipment experience
Law Firm Features and Benefits
Salary is based on 37.5 hour work week
This position is in the office 4 days/week, 1 day at home
