Job Description
Our very busy Law Firm client located in Dallas is looking for a 5+ year Sr. Litigation Trial Paralegal on a direct-hire basis. This position will support attorneys in a highly motivated team environment. This role is currently 5 days in the office.

Sr. Litigation Trial Paralegal Role
5+ years of on-the-job experience necessary to perform complex Paralegal duties in a professional setting
Manage and coordinate outsourced electronic discovery projects with vendors
Manage case files and maintain organization throughout the litigation process
Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the litigation process
Conduct legal research and cite check using Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis
Conduct case filing research using PACER and state court websites
Draft discovery requests, correspondence, and other legal documents
Assist attorneys in preparing for and attending hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials
Create trial notebooks, witness notebooks and exhibit binders
Coordinate with courtroom deputies, court reporters and other court personnel
Proficient using Trial Director or similar trial presentation software
Correspond with experts regarding schedules and document review
Proficient using Relativity, CS Disco and similar document review platforms
Assist with preparing and filing documents with state and federal courts, including e-Filing and PACER
Experience managing medium to large-scale document reviews and productions
Communicate with legal team to define requirements, organization, and management of projects involving case-related documents and data
Provide technical support at the beginning of each case and manage the transition to the legal team
Capable of working with a variety of assigned attorneys and practice groups areas as needed
Work with or receive training by a Senior Paralegal at the Firm
Sr. Litigation Trial Paralegal Background Profile
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Knowledge of working and coordinate with Litigation Support teams on ESI collection and electronic discovery related matters
Strong project management skills, detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
