Excellent opportunity with our busy and growing client for a Specialty Services Pediatrics Sales Representative in Houston, TX area on a direct hire basis.

Specialty Services Pediatrics Sales Representative Role:
In this role, you will manage client relationships and sell specialty services in the pediatric space. You will have the opportunity manage and grow your business additionally through involvement and participation in related groups and events in the pediatric healthcare space.
You will develop and foster long term relationships with key physician practices and hospital systems, and other customers, to drive sales and grow the business.
Achieve or exceeds sale objectives/quotas through building additional patients with existing physicians, soliciting new physicians regarding services, and determining new therapeutic categories to target. 
Develop quarterly business plans, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and weekly sales activity.
Determine and attend tradeshows, philanthropy events and other industry events to obtain new customers.
Develop plans of action to meet the needs of existing customers as well as plans of action for targeting new customers.
Maintain a current target list, call schedule, and update call logs as appropriate.
Help to develop sales and marketing collateral as needed.

Specialty Services Pediatrics Sales Representative Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in B2B sales in the pediatrics space / pediatric home health Experience as a Discharge Planner in a hospital pediatrics setting, Case Manager in a hospital pediatrics setting, Certified Pharmacy Technician, or RN would also be considered if you have the attitude, aptitude, and desire to be in sales
Pharmacy, medical/ physician sales or related industry experience preferred
Knowledge of pharmacy, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, pediatric healthcare, or healthcare industry preferred
Possess a broad healthcare and industry market knowledge and business acumen
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organizations and effectively communicate services to individuals or large groups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability and desire to build and foster client relationships
Ability to be creative and think outside the box
Looking for someone who is ethical, credible, empathetic and a people person
Proven ability to make decisions, as well as exercise judgement and discretion in daily and administrative tasks.
Understanding and training in HIPAA laws
MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and One Note
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and develop professional presentation and documents
Working knowledge of Framework Software
