About the Sourcing Specialist Role:
Engage in the beginning stages of the recruiting and sourcing lifecycle, working with Boolean and semantic search, data mining, and cold-calling to establish a candidate pipeline.
Utilize a range of sourcing tools.
Work on a broad range of professional roles.
Participate in training to maintain best practices, sourcing techniques, and innovation in the recruiting process.
Explore a range of job boards to identify potential candidates.
Work within Bullhorn ATS to identify existing talent on record.
Directly partner with the sales and recruiting teams to understand job requisitions while identifying the best candidates for the job.
This is a highly phone-driven role. You can expect to be on the phone with 100 dials per day.
Actively generate new leads for the sales and recruiting teams.
Sourcing Specialist Requirements:
Are you the type of person that can find ANYTHING online – so good that the team at Law & Order should have you on speed-dial? This role requires you to be a researching hunter extraordinaire.
At least one year of previous staffing-industry sourcing and research experience is a must.
Strong technical aptitude – you will be a pro at navigating ATS, boards, etc.
Excellent communication skills.
This role will pair you with a recruiter – you’ve got to have a great teamwork mentality.
Details:
There are two shift options associated with this role: 7-5 Monday through Thursday and 7-11 on Fridays OR 8-6 Monday through Thursday and 8-12 on Fridays.
Timeliness matters!
This is an in-office role to best facilitate recruiting partnerships.
This is an hourly role.
