Social Media Manager Role:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy and sales efforts to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.
-Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
-Analyze and define most important social media KPIs
-Manage and review social media content
-Measure success rate of all social media campaigns
-Stay up to date with best practices and trends in Social Media, acting as company spokesperson within the Social Media arena
-Stay current with emerging social media technologies.
-Attend educational conferences
-Ensure content is informative and appealing working with copywriters and designers
-Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
-Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
-Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
-Hire and train team members
-Provide constructive feedback
-Adhere to policies and procedures
-Present Marketing Plan to Senior Management
Social Media Manager Background Profile:
5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Salon or Beauty industry experience is a plus
Able to use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
Experience researching audience and buyer persona
Able to analyze social media KPIs
Knowledge of web design and publishing
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Great leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
