Job Description
Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to play a key role in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the financial operations team. This is an excellent Direct Hire opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic, Private Equity-backed organization with potential for future growth.

Senior Staff Accountant Role:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Work effectively within a team and contribute to the development of junior accounting staff
Manage financial accounting, budgeting, audits, and forecasting
Prepare financial ledgers and reports in compliance with GAAP
Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as assigned
Take ownership of financial management for multiple entities across various locations
Provide documentation and assist auditors during audits
Senior Staff Accountant Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis
Proficiency in QuickBooks, accounting software and intermediate Excel skills
