Senior Salesforce Developer Role:
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to optimize the Salesforce platform to achieve the organizations business goals.
Partner with diverse teams across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce technology to support business goals.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable development plans.
Design, build, and configure robust applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements.
Utilize Salesforce’s powerful tools and features to create solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Customize and optimize Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and third-party APIs.
Ensure that these customizations align seamlessly with business requirements and effectively address user needs.
Implement process automation using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Salesforce Flow Builder.
These automations will enhance productivity by reducing manual efforts and minimizing errors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and build innovative or custom solutions that not only meet business needs but also enhance the user experience.
Utilize a user-centered design approach to ensure solutions are intuitive and effective.
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize workflows, enhance user experience, and drive operational excellence.
Manage security settings and integrations to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Implement best practices for data protection and privacy, safeguarding sensitive information.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.
Ensure knowledge continuity within the team by creating clear and detailed records that facilitate future development and troubleshooting.
Senior Salesforce Developer Background Profile:
5+ years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce projects to build and design enterprise solutions
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Demonstrated proficiency in Apex, Flows and Lightning Web Components
Strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
