Our client in Dallas, Texas has an immediate need for a Senior Property Administrator on a direct hire basis.

Senior Property Administrator Role:
The Senior Property Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to property management, engineering, and security teams while ensuring exceptional service to tenants, vendors, and visitors.
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and visitorsCoordinate tenant service requests, work orders, and building access requests
Schedule freight elevator reservations and after-hours access
Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and construction-related activities
Maintain tenant contact databases and emergency contact information
Support tenant communications and building notices
Coordinate property tours and visitor experiences
Provide administrative support to property management, engineering, and security departments
Maintain professional reception, lobby, and conference room areas
Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries
Coordinate meetings, conference room scheduling, and hospitality arrangements
Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
Process expense reports and maintain administrative records
Coordinate travel arrangements and employee events as needed
Assist with access control administration, including badge management and access requests
Coordinate contractor access and security clearances
Maintain vendor records and compliance documentation
Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors, contractors, and tenants
Coordinate purchase orders and vendor communications
Maintain vendor and contractor databases
Assist with vendor onboarding and contract administration
Order office and operational supplies and monitor inventory levels
Coordinate maintenance and service requests for office equipment
Dispatch requests to engineering, security, and other departments
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Ensure management office areas remain organized and professional
Assist with special projects and provide backup administrative support as needed
Senior Property Administrator Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredCommercial real estate, property management, facilities, or office administration experience preferred
Experience supporting engineering, building operations, or security teams is a plus
Experience working within a Class A office environment preferred
Strong customer service and tenant relations experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with property management software, work order systems, access control platforms, and database management preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and ability to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
