Our client is currently in search of a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives, brand positioning, and comprehensive marketing campaigns across various regions. This position is a full-time role located in Austin, Texas, with a focus on providing extensive visibility, collaboration with top-level executives, and the opportunity to influence global marketing strategies.

The Role of Senior Marketing Manager:
- Take charge of end-to-end marketing strategies for the company's technology lifecycle solutions in diverse regions.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and global sales teams to establish brand positioning, cultivate thought leadership, and execute integrated campaigns that enhance brand influence and drive business expansion.
- Lead global marketing strategy, messaging, and positioning for various solution portfolios.
- Create impactful thought leadership content, campaign frameworks, and high-quality digital assets.
- Oversee the development of sales enablement tools, executive materials, presentations, and digital assets.
- Support global sales teams with pitch decks, battlecards, training tools, and digital platforms.
- Manage integrated campaigns, measure ROI, and continuously optimize performance.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution while facilitating local market adaptations.
- Provide marketing leadership for international RFPs and proposals.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and present insights to senior leadership.
Background Profile of Senior Marketing Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in B2B technology or solutions-based environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in global or multi-region marketing leadership.
- Solid background in integrated campaigns, solution positioning, and thought leadership.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage complex initiatives, and collaborate effectively with senior executives.
