Senior Assistant to CEO
The Senior Assistant will support our CEO who oversees all operations and staff.
Will assist the CEO with projects related to company fundraising, culture, and the face of the company to the community.
The Senior Assistant will be the first point of contact in the CEO’s office.
Will frequently interact with colleagues, members, and external partners.
Daily responsible for ensuring the maximum efficiency of the CEO by coordinating their calendar, emails, task list, organizational systems, expense management, travel, room reservations, and document creation.
Ensure that all those who visit the office are treated with the highest level of customer support both in person or online.
Assist with all department meetings led CEO with attending members such as Executive Directors,
Directors, and Staff.
When preparing for meetings the EA will create draft agendas, keep minutes, follow up on todo’s, and maintain digital records.
Assist Administrative Assistants and Executive Directors when requested.
Senior Assistant Background Profile:
College degree
5+ years of prior senior-level assistant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Teams, Word, Tasks, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
Ability to learn the client’s enterprise management software system
Able to concentrate on multiple tasks at once
The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, work independently at a fast pace and maintain a positive and professional demeanor
