Senior Applications Support Analyst– Maritime Operations Role:
Senior Applications Support Analyst will play a key role in shaping and supporting technology solutions for maritime operations.
You'll focus on developing and optimizing applications to enhance efficiency in fleet and tanker management, ensuring seamless system integration and performance.
Work across multiple regions, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to enhance IT service delivery.
Directly contribute to the advancement of digital solutions in maritime operations.
Track and report on initiatives to ensure they align with company objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and implement tailored solutions.
Design IT solutions that balance functionality, performance, and technical feasibility while adhering to architectural standards.
Contribute to the customization, configuration, and testing of applications to meet business needs.
Debug, document, and validate system performance and reliability.
Support seamless application rollouts through analysis, technical tool utilization, and configuration.
Maintain and enhance system functionality, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with IT best practices.
Oversee system configurations, ensuring accuracy in tracking and auditing IT components.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align IT solutions with business goals.
Uphold corporate policies, industry regulations, and ethical business standards.

Senior Applications Support Analyst– Maritime Operations Background Profile:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years designing and delivering IT solutions in a dynamic, multi-system environment.
Proven track record in managing IT resources, budgets, and projects.
Experience in IT applications within the maritime or logistics industry (preferred).
Familiarity with IMOS (preferred) and shipping business processes.
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, architecture best practices, and system integration.
Understanding of testing methodologies, automated testing tools, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

A Degree preferably in Engineering or Computer Science is required, 3+ years of solution design experience within a complex multi-site, multi-system/application environment, Must have strong understanding of SQL applications
