Senior Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant 

GREAT opportunity to join a well-established and growing company.  My client in Grand Prairie, TX is looking to hire a Senior Administrative Assistant /Executive Assistant on a contract to hire basis.

Non-profit organization 
Work hours: Monday - Thursday 7: 45am -6: 15pm off every Friday  

Senior Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant  Role:
The Senior Administrative Assistant/ Executive Assistant would complete a broad variety of complex administrative tasks for the President/CEO & management team including:
Plan, coordinate and ensure the President/CEO' s schedule is followed and respected. Provides " gatekeeper" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the President/CEO' s time and office
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the President/CEO, with Board members, donors, Foundation staff, and others, on matters related to President/CEO' s programmatic initiatives
Book all travel arrangements (domestic) 
Manage Director' s calendar and scheduling 
Monitors budget including tracking expenditures and providing reports
May prepare spreadsheets for budgets, grants or contracts, including tracking and maintaining expenditures and reconciling accounts  
Provide wide ranges of support including: composing and editing letters, MOUs, reports, lecture/course materials, presentations, cases
Coordinate events, including training, conferences, seminars, and programs
Purchases and maintains inventory of supplies for office
Create and maintain filing system(s) both digitally and hard copies. 
May assist in training, scheduling, and distributing work of interns, volunteers, or temporary staff


Senior Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant  Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree - HIGHLY preferred 
5+ years of administrative experience
Previous experience working for a non-profit preferred 
Needs to be highly deadline driven and detail oriented 
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook & Excel 
Must be able to work Monday- Thursday 7: 45am -6: 15 & be off every Friday
