Senior Accounting Manager Role:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Accounting Manager with strong numeric skills to drive our organization’s operations and improve financial performance.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, good strategic thinking, excellent communications skills and be comfortable to work with all levels of the company. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, desires to be challenged to grow with the company and wants to be able to provide their input to management.
In this role, you will be responsible for the financial well-being of the company.  
Work with the President and other executives to coordinate financial planning and strategy and establish priorities for the planning process
Financial statement preparation including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports
Analyze operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination
Compares sales and project projections to actual figures and budgets expenses to actual expenses
Makes any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
Monthly and end-year process
Monitoring Cash flow
Overseeing Accounts receivables and payables
Developing and implementing accounting policies 
Improve systems and procedures and propose corrective actions
Implement inventory control systems and train warehouse personnel, familiar with cycle counts
Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
Reviewing departmental and individual budgets/compensations
Managing internal controls
Promote revenue growth

Senior Accounting Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required
Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent highly preferred
7+ years’ experience in financial management 
Experience in the Technology industry is a plus, but not required
Experience working for a small to mid size company is required
CPA is preferred
Capacity to lead a small number of people in AP/AR and Supply Chain 
Accountability and the ability to ensure budgets are being met by other teams outside of own group (ie. sales team goals, revenue budget conversation, inventory aging, etc.)
Experience with a warehouse. Cycle counts, quarterly inventory, and internal audits once a year or if needed
Experience with Recurring Revenue, (Revenue recognition, and accruals for long-term subscriptions.) 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Strong leadership  and management skills
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals 
Proficiency in accounting software and the ability to learn new software quickly
Technically savvy
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
Desire to work in a fast paced environment
