Job Description

Our client in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Scheduler on a Direct Hire basis.

Scheduler Role:
The Scheduler will  provide support to the network of caregivers and clients by coordinating in-home services
Match caregivers to clients based on individual needs
Coordinate cancelations and reschedules as needed
Accurately document changes and updates  in the company software 
Ability to be on stand-by during weekends and evenings to guarantee all clients are receiving around-the-clock care
Confirm that home care services are compliant with company policy as well as state laws.
The Scheduler will be involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new RNs, LPNs, LVNs, and caregivers

Scheduler Background Profile:
3 years’ experience scheduling in a high volume environment 
2-year college degree minimum or customer service-related experience
Experience with MS Office (Excel and Word)
Ability to manage confidential information as well as function under pressure and make swift decisions
Experience with scheduling systems preferred
Ability to work independently 
Inclination to problem solve as well as being an effective communicator
