Salesforce Admin Developer Role:
In this role, you will be get to be the foundation of the Salesforce department as the company looks to make Salesforce the command and control system for the company.  
You will be responsible for managing the Salesforce activity day to day/user provision.
Perform tasks related to ensuring the daily operations of Salesforce and other sales-related product suites, including user management, creating & maintaining custom objects and fields, enterprise reporting across all stakeholders (executive, management, users), handling bulk data migrations and maintenance of user experience including page layouts and workflow configuration 
You will make sure work flows and reporting are in good order.
Responsible for APIs set up and configuration.
Improve and maintain data quality and integrity in Salesforce
From a developer standpoint, there is a lot of opportunity for expanding on writing, logic in triggers, and creating custom objects.
Participate in the development and support of the Salesforce platform and related applications, including custom objects/fields, page layouts/views, workflows/processes, enterprise reporting across all stakeholders (executive, management, users), security (users, profiles, and roles), data integrity/management and other aspects of Salesforce administration 
A strong selling point of this position is that you will have the ability to influence what the company is building, talking with people within the organization, and influence how it looks.
You will also translate the business requirements into tech solutions and have a voice in how you want to tackle these things.
Be the subject matter expert on Salesforce for the company
Collaborate across the organization for system releases and support the release by resolving any bug fixes that may arise



Salesforce Admin Developer Background Profile:
High School Diploma or the equivalent
Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
Salesforce Administrator Certification is nice to have, but not required
Wealth Management/Financial Tech industry experience is nice to have, but not required
3+ years of experience in Salesforce
API knowledge and exchange experience 
APEX/Flow/Python experience
Must have experience with user profile management, ability to work on and adapt work flows, reporting, APIs, and data loading and extracting data components
Knowledge of API development and maintenance helping to connect external platforms to Salesforce
Experience writing basic and complex SQL queries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels within the organization
Strong problem solver, ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Forward thinking and proactive in translating needs of the business into useable Salesforce solutions
Strong organizational skills
Excellent work ethic and the desire to learn, be challenged
Self-motivated and a strategic thinker
