Sales and Marketing Assistant/Junior Designer
Our Dallas client is looking to hire an Sales and Marketing Assistant/Junior Designertto join their busy team on a direct hire basis.
Company Profile:
Investment Firm with a focus on Oil and Gas Royalty offerings

Sales and Marketing Assistant/Junior Designer Role:
Administrative duties:
Manage  calendars and oversee planning for future engagements
Perform data entry into their listing software and make updates as needed
Review commission agreements, listing agreements, and prepare those for the president’s approval
Put together agreements following a standard template
Process mail – inbound and outbound
Book travel
Marketing duties:  
Assist Sales team in client relations
Maintain phone relationships with clientele
Strong phone interpersonal skill is required
Prepare PowerPoint slides for investor presentations and monthly team meetings.
Assist with development of printed sales literature
Prepare touch marketing campaigns and make recommendations from promotional books for next logoed item marketing push.
Oversee awards and company celebratory events/acknowledgements
Make the marketing more streamlined and successful 
Other duties and projects as assigned
Sales and Marketing Assistant/Junior Designer Background Profile:
Must be proactive and very organized
At least 2+ years of office experience
Previous marketing and admin support experience
College degree preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of graphics software is an advantage
Positive and enthusiastic
Willingness to pitch in the sales support effort
Ability to design sales literature
Working knowledge of MS Office suite
Help with office client visits
