Our client located in Fort Worth, TX is in need of Sales Trainer on direct hire basis. Â

Sales Trainer Role:
Sales Trainer will be the expert of the company’s sales process and products. This is not a sales position.Â
Support the hiring needs of the sales team: will participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
Sales Trainer will travel to various regions within the U.S. and deliver training in person with new sales team members
Attend all required sales meetings at the U.S. headquarters
Become the expert with any new product or service
Sales Trainer will track training status for any new sales team member
Give feedback on sales team members training progress  to management
Provide training support for sales blitzes, promos, etc.
Attend industry tradeshows and conferences
Travel to the manufacturing facility 2-3 times a year for personal training on product advancements
Sales Trainer will train sales members how to create proposals, presentations, and sales pipelines
Stay on top of industry trends and customer drivers.
Coach sales member sales presentations
Sales Trainer Background Profile:
Minimum of 3+ years outside sales, sales training with B2B sales or sales recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
Must have Salesforce and PowerPoint presentation experience
Must have experience with recruitment and onboarding
This is an in-office position and does require 20% both domestic and abroad
Experience creating sales proposals, contracts, PPT presentations
Experience creating sales training materials, metrics and scripts
Coachable and flexible to process changes
