Sales Manager Role
As the Sales Manager you will be a key figure on the sales floor, leading a talented team and enhancing our customer experience.
Leadership will extend beyond daily operations to include community engagement and strategic sales initiatives.
Mentor and develop a veteran sales team to achieve exceptional results and foster a collaborative environment.
Be an active presence on the sales floor, enhancing the customer experience and building strong relationships.
Represent our brand at charity and community outreach events, reinforcing our commitment to giving back.
Implement and refine a comprehensive sales strategy to meet goals and grow our customer base.
Oversee clientele efforts and special event preparation, ensuring your team excels in delivering a luxury experience.
Coach and train team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire organization.
Cultivate and maintain long-lasting customer relationships within a high-end retail environment.
Sales Manager Background Profile
At least five years in luxury jewelry store management or luxury retail.
Must have experience leading a team generating $20M+ annual in sales.
Demonstrated success in managing a sales floor, refining sales processes, and enhancing clientele.
Robust industry knowledge with excellent mentoring, coaching, and people skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to ongoing education with a deep understanding of diamonds and luxury retail.
Strong ability to communicate effectively and positively impact a sales team.
