Sales Manager – Architectural Stone and Tile Our client, located in Chicago, IL, is in need of a Sales Manager with a background in High-end Architectural Stone and Tile or a closely related field. This is a direct hire opportunity.   Company Profile: Stone and Tile company Nationwide Growing fast Approximately 170 total employees   The Sales Manager Role: Hire, train and mentor a team of 3 to 4 Sales Associates Create and execute a local marketing strategy that reaches out to the community to introduce our brand while targeting specific audiences. Will be active in the community to market and build brand in organizations such as ASID, NKBA, ICA, AIA, etc. Recommend product/vendors to fill category gaps in showroom Assist with design Ensure librairies and showroom has updated products Maintain impeccable standards on the sales floor so that our clients can see our attention to detail in everything we do Set the tone, pace and energy of the location through leading by example Oversee client order follow up and timely communication Manage showroom profit and loss and budget within parameters Review and analyze the budget monthly Manager expenditures within the showroom to meet profitability goals   The Sales Manager Background Profile: Bachelor’ s degree in design, marketing or a business discipline; or equivalent education through work experience. Computer skills to include MS Office Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Ability to provide own transportation Willing to work evenings and weekends as required, but the standard work hours are from 8: 30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday Strong business development background and the ability to do both outside sales and showroom sales and experience managing a salesforce that is commissioned based would be ideal Must have residential experience A background in Architectural Stone and Tile is ideal, but will consider a background in other types of high-end materials Industry contacts such as builders, interior designers and architects preferred   Features and Benefits: Salary + Quarterly and Annual bonus Full medical benefit program including medical, dental and vision 401K - up to a 6% match 7 holidays 14 days of PTO the first year Mileage reimbursement   Disclaimer: sensitive and personal data will not be requested by Frontline Source Group or its affiliates until a job offer is made and accepted.
