Retention and Sales Specialist Role:
The Retention and Sales Specialist will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with the membership base, ensuring satisfaction and supporting growth
Develop a deep understanding of membership benefits and effectively communicate the value of memberships across all levels through phone and email
Engage proactively with members contemplating cancellation address their concerns and offer personalized solutions and incentives to promote retention
Convert trial members into paid subscribers by emphasizing the long-term benefits and value of paid memberships
Handle inquiries from potential members via phone and email providing detailed information about membership options and assisting them through the application process
Keep up-to-date expertise on all membership benefits tiers and offers
Retention and Sales Specialist Background Profile:
Over 5 years of proven sales experience in a dynamic fast paced setting with a strong focus on retention
Exceptional phone and written communication skills in a professional environment
Strong background in sales and customer retention
Experience with subscription based business models highly preferred
Background in luxury travel lifestyle or high end service industries is a significant advantage
Proven experience working with executive level clients
Highly self driven with a strong work ethic and a results focused attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills comfortable with both email and phone for efficient problem solving
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a fast paced team
