Our national client has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, personable, Remote Conflicts Analyst who enjoys working with a well-respected large multi-practice firm.
Large Multi-Practice Am Law 100 Firm
Remote Opportunity but must be located in or near Seattle, Los Angeles, Raleigh or Kansas City.
Remote Conflicts Analyst Role:
Managing New Business Intake concepts, practices, research, data analysis and compilation of materials.
Maintain client system integrity for New Business databases including party name clean-up and review for accurate information
Process requests for counsel as needed
Contribute to assigned projects
Assistance with departmental reporting
Check on status of requests moving through the system to address circumstances that might hold up a matter
Maintain Administrative databases which will review matter requests for accuracy and documentation
Consult and update NBI Reference Manual for proper procedures and information
Remote Conflicts Analyst Background Profile:
New business and Conflicts experience.
Previous legal experience with intake and conflicts required
Bachelors Degree preferred
Proficient in computerized Conflicts/Workflow software
Ability to compile, review, determine and communicated conflicts issues based on a variety
