Remote Client Intake Specialist Role:
The Client Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help playing a vital role in guiding potential clients through the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails, web, and chat inquiries from potential clients in a prompt and professional manner
Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help, providing a courteous and empathetic experience
Gather detailed intake information to assess the nature of the inquiry and determine whether the individual is a good fit for the firm’s services
Draft and send clear, articulate, and empathetic email responses that align with the firm’s tone and communication standards
Route eligible leads to the appropriate attorney or team member based on practice area and availability
Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars, ensuring accurate and conflict-free scheduling
Follow up with potential clients as needed to collect additional information or documents required for their case evaluation
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records of all communications, inquiries, and appointments in the firm’s CRM system
Collaborate closely with attorneys and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new clients
Monitor open inquiries and follow up on unresolved or pending matters to support timely client engagement
Remote Client Intake Specialist Profile
Genuine interest in law and the legal field
Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting a plusÂÂ
Ability to work remotely in a quiet, private environment with a reliable computer and internet connection
Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for frequent communication via phone and email with potential clients
Proficient with computers and basic technology
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written communication, including grammar and spelling
Proficiency in a second language a plusÂÂ
