Job Description
Our client located southeast of Boston, MA is hiring Relationship Managers. This is a direct-hire hybrid position.

Relationship Manager Role:
Relationship Managers builds strong relationships with advisors by overseeing, growing, and building rapport.
A key part of the team in managing the process of when the business comes in the door until it ultimately gets paid by the carrier.
Manage the relationship backward and forwards with the advisor and the advisor’s team to ensure that the business is placed.
Regularly discuss with advisors our products, concepts, and value-added services.
Act as the lead point of contact to your advisors by ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Promptly answer advisor queries and resolve any issues.
Responsible for ensuring all paperwork and contracts are in the right order as well as supporting licensing.
At times reach out to advisors for medical records and sometimes book medical appointments for the client to get examined.
Relationship Manager Background Profile:
College degree is preferred
Must have strong Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Long Term Care and annuity knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
Proven ability to manage relationships
Background in life insurance sales and or customer service is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated and flexible with a can-do attitude
Experience delivering client-focused solutions
Attentive to detail, well organized, and stay on top of follow ups
