Regional Property Manager Role:
In this role you will assist management with the daily operations of the property management department.
Handle the day-to-day operations and work closely with the senior management team to suggest process improvements and implementations
You will be the point of contact for all escalated high level issues and assist with the resolution.
Keep the senior management team informed by preparing weekly and daily reports to track all data related to key performance indicators for the department.
Create processes and procedures for teams or individual team members based on desired outcomes and needs of the operational plan.
Make recommendations to management and be part of the improvement process based on observations within the department and on the operational plan.
Taking direction from senior management, delegate work assignments throughout the department as needed.
Responsible for providing guidance and assistance to department members as needed on all relevant related work issues.
Attend weekly meetings with all top department managers and communicate with the corporate planning team and senior management.
Attend any necessary legal proceedings or training sessions as requested.
Regional Property Manager Background Profile:
High School Diploma or the equivalent
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in the property management/real estate industry in either single-family management or HOA management
5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience leading and mentoring medium to large size teams
TX Real Estate License or GA Real Estate License
Proficient knowledge of Google Software Suite
Exposure to property management software
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of growth
Ability to think on your feet, learn quickly and be a leader
Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented and critical thinking skills
Desire to lead by example and work closely with your team to provide outstanding results and customer service for clients
Strong customer service skills
Ability to hold others accountable
