Our client with multiple growing dental practices in the DFW Metroplex has a need for a Regional Dental Manager on a direct hire basis.

Regional Dental Manager Role:
The Regional Dental Manager will oversee our business operations for three offices in the DFW Metroplex. This role is 100% in office and requires daily travel to clinics in the assigned region and will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
Manage a team of both front and back-office staff displaying leadership and team development capabilities including setting performance objectives, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.
Able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Constant patient and interoffice personnel interaction as this position is heavily dependent on excellent customer interaction.
Overseeing daily operations, budgeting, billing, financial reporting and setting performance objectives to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Recruiting, training, and supporting staff as well as conducting regular coaching sessions and performance appraisals.
Drive marketing initiatives and increase social presence of the practices.
Develop and implement business, scheduling, and advertising plans.
Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective to ensure company standards and procedures are followed.
Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
Driving year over year revenue, profit and growth as well as ensure operations run smoothly.
Regional Dental Manager Background Profile:
5+ years of management and leadership experience in the dental industry.
Requires knowledge of dental plans, insurance fees, administrative guidelines, reporting systems, business correspondence, reporting techniques as well as profit and loss statements.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Must have the ability to work in a dental practice where they conduct oral procedures.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
Must adhere to all office policies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff.
Excellent people skills to maintain positive rapport with patients and other team members.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with dental software and systems.
