Recruiting Coordinator
Our client located in Lakewood, CO is in need of a Recruiting Coordinator to assist for a minimum of 4-8 weeks possibly longer.  This is a hybrid opportunity.

Recruiting Coordinator Role:
The Recruiting Coordinator primarily performs administrative tasks relating to talent acquisition, onboarding and record keeping.
Post positions as requested to external job boards at the direction of the Director of Talent Management.
Maintain requisitions including updating active jobs, review resumes, conduct prescreen interviews, coordinate interview scheduling and arrangements as needed.
Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in identifying and contacting passive candidates.
Assist in creating offer letters, addressing any background check issues, and helping managers and candidates with other issues that may arise during the hiring process. 
Initiates the onboarding for new hires. 
Dispositioning applicants in ATS, sending welcome communication to new hires with orientation materials, sending orientation links to the hiring manager and Office Administrator in preparation for the new hire’s first day to facilitate a positive onboarding experience. 
Prepares annual Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity EEO reports. 
Prepares monthly reports that relate to talent to maintain the HR Dashboard reporting for the HR
Director and Senior Leadership. 
Provides coordination support to the Employee Resource Groups for their periodic meetings. 
Updates all relevant Hiring tools and resources on the company intranet and other platforms.

Recruiting Coordinator Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in HR related discipline preferred.
1+ year of recruiting or onboarding responsibilities
Ability to use various HR applications and software as well as Microsoft Office
Products
Interviewing skills
Familiarity with posting jobs, running backgrounds, drafting offer letters
Ability to create various reports detailing activities
