Job Title: Receptionist
Our client, a leading company in the Commercial Real Estate industry located in Austin, TX, is seeking a professional and engaging Receptionist to manage their front desk operations for a temporary period of one month.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Answer incoming calls, greet guests, and oversee front-desk activities, such as monitoring conference room availability.
- Provide basic assistance with audiovisual setup and troubleshooting during meetings.
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and liaise with office vendors, such as snack suppliers.
- Support with light administrative duties and respond to ad hoc requests from staff and management.
- Coordinate office maintenance and service requests with facilities or property management, including engaging tech support when necessary.
- Assist in stocking office kitchen and common areas as required.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance while delivering friendly and approachable service to all individuals entering the office.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently, collaborate with team members, and work independently when needed.
Receptionist Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capability to anticipate needs and offer proactive assistance in office operations.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Canva, an associate’s degree or higher, basic problem-solving skills, and a polished, approachable presence.
Job Requirements
1+ years of experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
