Receptionist/Client Assistant Role:
Receptionist/Client Assistant will be the face of the company.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage the front desk/reception area including the phones and greeting of guests
Gather daily newspapers for the office
Gather, sort and distribute incoming mail; create postage for outgoing mail
Keep Check Log up to date with checks, check receipt forms and UPS labels
Print trade reports and write expense reports for Financial Advisors
Order supplies for the office and kitchen ordering as necessary
Provide assistance and coverage for other client associates as needed
Communicate with clients and assist with any requests
Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisor(s) and Branch Manager
Monitor moneyline and action items for problems and address as they come up
Maintain updated documentation and letters of authorization/ACH forms
Receptionist/Client Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
Interest in working in the Financial Services industry
Highly organized and able to multitask
Enthusiastic, Professional, Positive and Reliable persona
At least 1 year of client facing experience, direct Client Associate experience preferred
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SmartStation preferred
Independent self starter
Series 7 registration or ability to attain highly regarded
