Real Estate Development Analyst

  • Company Profile: Our client, located in the heart of Downtown Dallas, is a reputable firm specializing in land acquisition for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects in thriving markets.
  • Position: Real Estate Development Analyst
    • Conduct site identification and in-depth market research focusing on data center and industrial development opportunities.
    • Utilize GIS mapping tools and demographic analysis to evaluate site suitability and market potential.
    • Develop detailed financial models for land cost analysis, ROI projections, and investment memorandums.
    • Coordinate due diligence processes, assess risks, and identify potential environmental liabilities.
    • Support negotiation efforts by providing market data, analysis, and risk assessments.
    • Prepare detailed reports, market analyses, and acquisition recommendations.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, real estate development, urban planning, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in land acquisition or development with a focus on utility projects.
    • Knowledge of entitlement processes, zoning laws, and development regulations.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
