Our AM Law 100 law firm client in Dallas, TX is hiring a 3+ year Real Estate Paralegal with both corporate and commercial real estate experience.

Real Estate Paralegal Role:
The Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys locally and nationally on transactional matters
Perform Real Estate Paralegal responsibilities including forming entities and ensuring qualification to do business in various jurisdictions
Handle title work, surveys, and zoning reports
Prepare limited liability company agreements based on provided templates
File assumed names and handle dissolution of entities and cancellation of registrations
As the Real Estate Paralegal assist with closings and post-closing activities, such as obtaining signed and recorded documents
Order and analyze due diligence, including organizational documents, good standing certificates, and lien searches
Maintain minute books and registers for officers, directors, and authorized signatories across multiple entities
Create and maintain complex structure charts
Real Estate Paralegal Background Profile:
3+ years Real Estate and Corporate Paralegal experience
Paralegal Certification highly valued
Bachelor's Degree required
Title and survey review experience
Familiarity with complicated joint structures
Large law firm experience highly valued
Experience partnering with title companies through closing
