Real Estate Paralegal
Our very busy client is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal on a direct-hire basis. Title and survey is key in this position. The position is located just north of Uptown Dallas, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move out of a law firm and work in-house.

Real Estate Paralegal Role:
The Paralegal will work under the direction of the Head of Loan with the preparation and review of commercial and residential real estate purchase and sale closing documents.
Review Title and Survey documents.
Conduct a very thorough overview of all real estate documents including drafting, revising, and proofreading.
Perform closing checklists from purchase and sale agreements or loan agreements.
Keeping multiple transactions on schedule for closing at various stages in the process.
Creating entities and filing entity documents.
Order, review and summarize UCC and litigation searches and zoning reports.
Communicate with clients keeping them up to date as well as request additional documentation when needed.
Assist Head of Loan with closing binders and real estate closings.
Sr. Real Estate Paralegal Background Profile
Ideally 10 years as a Paralegal
Requires a thorough understanding of both residential and commercial Real Estate
Must know how to review Title and Survey
Must be able to work independently
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Candidate must be highly detailed
