Job Description

Our Dallas Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated 5+ year Real Estate Attorney who can review purchase and sale documents, review title, boundary disputes, survey, and process real estate transactions to completion.

Real Estate Attorney Role
Drafting and reviewing contracts for the purchase and sale of residential properties, including title searches, inspections, disclosures, contingencies, and closing documents
Advising clients on their rights and obligations under the contracts, as well as on any potential risks or liabilities
Negotiating terms with the other parties, such as sellers, buyers, agents, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and title companies
Resolving disputes that may arise during or after the transactions, such as breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, title defects, boundary, disputes, easements, liens, foreclosures, and evictions
Build brand awareness and recognition via direct marketing to and at client events and meetings
Staying updated on the latest laws, regulations, and trends affecting residential real estate in the state of Texas 
Collaborating with our other attorneys and paralegals to complete transactions in a timely and client focused manner.

Real Estate Attorney Profile 
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Texas
At least 5 years of residential real estate experience in a law firm or in-house setting, preferably with a focus on transactions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts and documents in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and effectively.
A high level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
