Real Estate Acquisition Analyst Role:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the company’s continued growth and the ideal candidate will be highly motivated and hungry for growth both professionally and financially.
You will perform market research and analysis of potential real estate investments for the company’s investment portfolio.
The company purchases about 40 – 50 investor owned single-family rental properties/month in the DFW area.
Responsibilities will include:
Lead generation
Analyzing Property Value
Writing and negotiating contracts
Scheduling showings
Checking on deals under contract/making sure everything is on schedule
Data entry/input
Reporting
Scheduling inspections and reviewing inspection reports
Property due diligence
Walking properties to determine an estimate
Sending out offers based on final numbers
Sending contracts and amendments
Real Estate Acquisition Analyst Background Profile:
High School Diploma or the equivalent
Some college courses is a plus
Texas real estate license is required
Real estate and rehab estimating experience required
MLS experience is preferred
Ability to read HUD-1 documents and purchase contracts is a plus
MS Office Suite – specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
The ideal candidate is extremely motivated and driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
Valid driver’s license is required to drive to multiple properties per day as needed
Ability to understand basic financial data
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Very teachable/coachable
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic
Desire to be a part of a fast growing, and fast-paced business
