Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales, customers, and construction staff for project alignment and customer satisfaction
- Needs Assessment: Identify customer requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Subcontractor Management: Select, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors for project tasks
- Work Delegation: Assign and oversee work across external teams
- Project Monitoring: Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address delays, emergencies, or unexpected issues
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver progress updates to clients and internal & external teams
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, change orders, and communications
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of project management or coordination experience; construction experience preferred
- Previous exposure to warranty claims is advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- High attention to detail and organizational prowess
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
