Our client located in Ft. Worth, TX has a need for a Program Director of Re-Entry on a direct hire basis.Â

Program Director Re-Entry Services:
The Program Director Re-Entry Services oversees the management and operations of our programs throughout Texas, potentially including direct responsibility for facilities. This role ensures compliance with policies and funding guidelines.
Implement high-quality program services in alignment with the organization's mission and client needs, meeting regulatory requirements.
Monitor program effectiveness through site visits, interviews, and satisfaction surveys.
Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and funding requirements, collaborating with the Quality Assurance Department.
Develop and implement policies and procedures across all Corrections sites.
Establish annual facility and program goals and objectives.
Build positive relationships with funding, regulatory, and community agencies.
Participate in policy setting and advocacy efforts.
Support public advocacy and policy initiatives.
Develop new services and collaborative relationships with the Chief Program Officer.
Provide leadership and guidance for organizational goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication aligned with the organizational vision.
Manage facility/program budgets, including preparation, monitoring, and forecasting.
Review and approve expenditures within budgetary guidelines.
Ensure resources are managed efficiently within budget.
Supervise subordinate staff, ensuring all human resources responsibilities are met.
Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; address complaints; and resolve problems.
Program Director Re-Entry Services:
Bachelor’s Degree in social services or criminal justice with five years of related experience or Master’s Degree with three years of related experience.
Minimum of two years of recent experience as a program director, leadership experience in a residential program required.
Experience with proposal writing desirable.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Texas driver’s license with clear driving record.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to improve service effectiveness and build strategic partnerships.
Commitment to quality improvement and compliance.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and react with discretion.
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Some travel may be required, both in and out of state.
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass a Criminal and educational background check required.
Must use personal vehicle for transportation if driving frequently for -TX business.
