Practice Integrations Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the operational processes, developing strategic procedures to increase the efficiency and productivity of the workforce, and ensuring a seamless and positive transition experience for all.
Responsible for coordination of processes and pre-close integration preparation in support of target timeline for prospective acquisitions.
Manage implementation process for newly acquired practices
Proactively monitor integrations progress, resolving issues swiftly
Coordinates onboarding and orientation for new practice staff, physicians, PAs, and NPs
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure priorities and programs are aligned with short- and long-term business objectives
Provides onsite and remote support of clinic throughout assignment until hand off to operations
Participate in regular integration update meetings
Responsible for facilitating, project managing, and enabling successful outcomes for integration activities in collaboration with central support teams.
Practice Integrations Manager Profile:
Associate’s degree required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in the healthcare space is ideal
Leadership or clinical experience in healthcare space is very valuable
MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience training and coaching to success
Process improvement experience supporting the development, review, and revision of processes and policies.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different departments and levels of employees
Strong problem solver and out of the box, creative thinker
Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize information and present information
Ability to travel 50% of the time
High energy, positive attitude at all times, and fun to be around are a must
Eager and hungry to learn new skills, and further your own personal/professional growth.
Self-starter, ready to take accountability but work with a great team
A high sense of urgency
Proven time management skills.
